USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN

EP undertakes research and analysis of digital contexts, mapping touch points and defining the project ecosystem. Applying the principles of design thinking, the analysis results are translated into design proposals that represent the user experience through interactive prototypes (low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes and content wireframes). The prototypes undergo a series of tests on navigation, interaction and content, before passing to the User Interface Design phase.
